Co-designed a nationally-scalable proof of concept for digital imaging referrals. Unified stakeholder needs across patients, clinicians, and providers to define future-state journeys and technical frameworks.

Building paper prototypes to test iteratively in a bespoke prototype shop with real people and real NRMA staff in order to quickly float and test concepts
Simplifying complexity
Co designing a brand new view of collated, very clinical and complex information for clinicians to be able to see all aspcts of a person's significant conditions on one screen in an easy-to-read (for clinicians) layout.
Web app to MVP
Guided external vendors through UX delivery of a secure document-sharing app. Managed critique, validation, and rollout of MVP features from concept through acceptance.
